Our Founder
Shri Sunil Agarwal
Shri Sunil Agarwal Born in 1960 in a family of govt officers, Shri Sunil Agarwal was entrepreneurial by nature from the beginning. He was always looking for new and good opportunities. He was a people’s person and would make friends very soon. When he completed his studies, he was interested in doing something of his own which was not very easy at that time. He grabbed ideas for new businesses and tried his luck. At the onset, he failed in his 2-3 initial endeavours. However, he saw a golden opportunity in the packaging business which was in nascent stage at that time and looked promising. He setup a small workshop for manufacturing packaging for his family friends’ business by the name of Parnami Agarbatti with the funds given by family and friends. With his hard work and persistence he was able to scale up his business to new levels and became famous in the packaging industry of Jaipur.
He setup a new factory in 1993 with the latest machines and procured exclusive raw material which made his products innovative and cost effective. He was a visionary who would think ahead of times. He setup a legacy in his short life not only of his business but social too which lives in the hearts of his family and friends even today.

Mr. Lohit Agarwal
The Visionary Behind Linus Packaging
Mr. Lohit Agarwal, the dynamic leader of Linus Packaging, carries forward the legacy of his father, Late Shri Sunil Agarwal ji, while redefining the company’s trajectory with innovation, excellence, and customer-centric solutions.
A distinguished alumnus of Seedling Public School, Jaipur, Mr. Agarwal pursued his B. Com (Hons.) from the prestigious Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi, before becoming a qualified Chartered Accountant. He honed his professional acumen during his tenure with global accounting giants E&Y and KPMG, gaining invaluable insights into corporate strategy and financial management.
Since taking the reins at Linus Packaging, Mr. Agarwal has been instrumental in transforming the business. Under his leadership, the company has:
- Diversified its customer portfolio, ensuring a broad and robust clientele.
- Streamlined production with the installation of advanced machinery.
- Tripled its turnover, a testament to his sharp business acumen and strategic vision.
- Introduced imported paper, creating stronger yet cost-effective boxes that align with modern packaging demands.
His industry contributions are equally commendable:
- Serving as the Senior Vice- President of the All Rajasthan Corrugated Board & Box Manufacturers’ Association (RCBMA).
- Active member of the Taxation Committee and Website Committee of the Federation of Corrugated Board Manufacturers of India (FCBM).
- Key contributor to the Organizing Committee of the first-ever National Conference of FCBM in Rajasthan.
An advocate of continuous learning, Mr. Agarwal has participated in numerous national-level courses and seminars on corrugated packaging, staying ahead in industry trends and innovations.
